NOTICE OF COLLECTION OF
VILLAGE TAXES
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Village of Marcellus, County of Onondaga and State of New York, has duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Village of Marcellus for the fiscal year 2022-2023 and will attend at the Village Clerk’s Office, 6 Slocombe Avenue, in said Village of Marcellus from June 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022 from 9:00am until 4:30pm on each day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for the purpose of receiving the taxes on said roll. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before July 1, 2022 without interest. On all taxes after such date, there shall be added interest for each additional month until taxes are turned over to the County Treasurer. The Village Treasurer is authorized to accept up to four partial payments of any amount of the total current year due with no arrears. A five percent penalty will be charged for the first month and an additional penalty of one percent for each month or part thereof from August 2, 2022 until October 31, 2022. If taxes are unpaid as of August 16, 2022, a second notice due will be processed and an additional charge of $1.00 will be levied and become a part of the amount due. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to law the tax roll of the Village of Marcellus, will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of Onondaga on the 1st of November, 2022.

- Install new vinyl siding on entire building to include soffit and fascia
- Install one (1) new window located on lower west side of building
- Install aluminum wrapping around windows where needed
- All materials (siding, weather seal, window, aluminum wrapping)
